1. Create an event in LMS. You can Create Open Event. You also can use your existing Event and just skip to step no 2

2. Save the event created and you will be directed to Event Information page

Please check the URL link ie. https://aspenlms.com.my/lms/pub/home/view-trainer?id=1564

Please remember the id that assign to you red in color (We call it EventID)

3. Create your own QR code via this QR Code generator

4. Copy https://aspenlms.com.my/lms/pub/home/my-visit?series=EventID and paste it in "Enter text to share here".

5. The QR code will be generated for you. You may save the QR code in your machine

6. Return to step no 2, and go to Faculty Material - Click for more info  in order to store your QR code in LMS.

7. Click Upload Documents and insert this relevant data

In Attachment Title please insert this #qrvisit

Browse Documents and locate your saved QR code inside your machine (The one your create via QR Code Generator)

Tick Committee Resources

Click Save

8. That is ALL

Now, you can print your QR code for use by visitor to your premise via this link

Don't forget to use your EventID to replace number red in color.
